Terms of Service

By using landscapey.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Landscapey is business-management software (a CRM) for landscaping and lawn-care businesses — clients, scheduling, routing, invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping features — plus a public business profile page that can receive quote requests from prospective customers. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Your public profile displays the business information you choose to publish; you can unpublish it anytime in Settings.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• The Landscapey subscription is one plan billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial; your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your billing choice) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Billing is processed by Stripe.

4. Invoice payments between you and your clients

When you collect payment from your own client through Landscapey, you are the merchant of record and funds are paid directly to your connected payment account. Landscapey is not a party to that transaction and takes no fee from it. You are responsible for your own taxes, refunds, and customer service.

5. Quote requests

Quote requests submitted on your public profile are delivered to your account with the requester's contact details. Use them only to respond to the requested work — no spam, resale, or unrelated marketing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no uploading content you don't have rights to, and no attempts to breach security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your business information, customer records, logo, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and (for content you publish to your profile) display it to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landscapey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. You can stop using the service at any time.
