Landscapey ("Landscapey," "we," "us") operates landscapey.ai — business-management software (a CRM) for landscaping and lawn-care businesses, including a public business profile page that can receive quote requests. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who this covers

• Landscaping businesses that use our CRM to manage clients, jobs, scheduling, routing, invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping, and that publish a public business profile.
• Visitors who browse the site or submit a quote request on a landscaper's public profile.

2. Information we collect

From landscaping businesses

• Account and business profile (business name, contact name, phone, email, service-area ZIP codes, home-base address, city/state, bio, logo, website and social links). Information you publish to your profile is public by design; you can unpublish anytime.
• Your customer and business records that you enter or import — client names, contact details, addresses, jobs, visits, schedules, invoices, and expenses.
• Payment-connection metadata (e.g., your connected Stripe account identifier and subscription status). We do not store full card numbers.

From quote requests

• When a visitor submits the quote form on a landscaper's public profile, we collect the details they provide (name, email and/or phone, ZIP code, project description) and deliver them to that landscaper.

Automatically

• Usage and device data, IP address, and cookies, including analytics (Google Analytics) to understand and improve the product.

3. How we use information

• To provide the service: run the CRM, schedule and route work, create invoices, track income and expenses, and host public business profiles.
• To deliver quote requests from visitors to the landscaper they contacted.
• To process the subscription and enable invoice payments.
• To provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve features.

4. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted processors to run Landscapey. They receive only what they need to perform their function:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and invoice card payments. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics.
• OpenRouteService — geocoding and route optimization.
• Intuit / QuickBooks Online — when you connect QuickBooks (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Quote requests

Quote requests submitted on a landscaper's public profile (including the contact details the requester provides) are shared with that landscaper so they can follow up about the requested work. Landscapers agree to use this information only to respond to the request.

6. QuickBooks Online integration (Intuit)

If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize Landscapey, through Intuit's secure OAuth process, to access your QuickBooks company. Depending on the mode you select, we:

• Import (both modes): read your QuickBooks customers, invoices, and expenses in order to bring them into your Landscapey account.
• Sync mode (optional): create and update invoices in your QuickBooks company that mirror the invoices you create in Landscapey, record payments you receive against them, and — if you choose QuickBooks Payments — read each invoice's payment status and share its Intuit-hosted payment link on your invoice page.
• Access only the data needed for the features you enable; sync is one-way (Landscapey → QuickBooks) and we never modify records we didn't create.
• Store your Intuit access credentials securely and use them only to perform the actions described above.
• Do not share your QuickBooks data with other users or sell it.
• Let you disconnect at any time; on disconnection we stop accessing QuickBooks and delete the stored credentials.

Our use of information received from Intuit APIs adheres to the Intuit Developer requirements, including limited use.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security so each user sees only their own records, and sensitive credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to browsers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at the address below. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

Landscapey is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
